Equipment Warranty Details

Excavation Empire Pty Ltd offer 1 year parts and labour warranty plus 1 year parts only warranty as specified following from date of purchase.

The warranty covers repairs to correct any unit defects related to the manufacturing of the unit at the time of purchase and we will provide labour and parts as expressed above for the first year. In addition to the first year of coverage, we also offer a second year of warranty for parts only which relate to the manufacturing of the unit with the exception (but not limited to) of parts listed in the exclusion part of this document.

Operation, Care and Maintenance

In order for the warranty to remain in place the unit  must be operated as recommended in the Operator Manual (provided at hand over).

In addition to the proper operation of the unit, the purchaser must also maintain the unit as recommended in the operation manual. Failure to use/apply proper care, operation and maintenance to the unit will void the warranty. Maintenance records showing all maintenance has been carried out as advised by the manufacturer including dates etc. must be provided to Excavation Empire Pty Ltd prior to any warranty being approved. Rubber tracks must be regularly adjusted. Please refer to the user manual regarding where you can drive the machine with rubber tracks.

Warranty Exclusions

Any components on the unit subject to normal wear and tear (listed below) including any deterioration of paint etc.

Any damage caused by the user whether intentional or unintentional.

Any damage caused from an accident or natural event of any kind whatsoever including but not limited to fire, flood.

Any secondary damages caused by unit failure including but not limited to delays in completion of works whether on private job sites or construction sites, we would recommend you take out insurance for this purpose. Under no circumstance will Excavation Empire Pty Ltd be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages due to damage or failure of the unit.

Improper maintenance being performed including maintenance documents and records being maintained.

Any overloading or general abuse of the unit including the actions that are prohibited in the user manual.

Any use of non authorised part, fluids etc.

Any repairs carried out without the written consent of Excavation Empire Pty Ltd.

Any damage caused from shipping/delivery. We would suggest you have insurance for shipping/transit of the unit.

Components/Parts subject to normal wear and tear are as follows but not limited to :

  • Tyres and/or tracks
  • Belts
  • All fluids including lubricants, oil etc
  • Filters
  • Hoses
  • Cables
  • Light bulbs or lamps
  • Seals of any kind
  • Spark plugs
  • Fuses
  • Bucket Teeth
  • Clutch and/or brake linings
  • Pads of any kind
  • Injection nozzles
  • Cutting blades or tines
  • Circuit breakers
  • Any glass or floormats
  • Pins
  • Lead plates
  • Seat

This list is not exhaustive and Excavation Empire Pty Ltd reserve the right to determine at it’s sole discretion whether a particular issue is covered under the terms of the warranty.
